Tasting notes

Appearance : Slightly golden, moderately sized bubbles, carry a persistent stream.

Smell : Expressive fruit notes and also freshly baked bread aromas.

Taste : Nice incisive and lifted attack continuing on a fairly round whole where we find white fruits (peach and apricot) in marmalade with a lifted and chiseled finish.

A perfect champagne to serve with the main course. Chicken supreme with cream and mushrooms.

Tasting notes

Appearance : Warm golden colour on a discreet string of pearls.

Smell : Complex and very expressive, with dry vegetables notes (mint) as well as spicy notes, with touches of honey and pastry.

Taste : Rich and full, a beautiful structure with exotic white fruits notes and brandy fruit with a hint of brioche and a long and tangy finish.

This champagne is ideal to pair with Poached Eggs with Parmesan and Smoked Salmon Toasts. This is also a great pleasure for fruity dessert (Raspberry Charlotte, strawberries & whipped cream).

Tasting notes

Appearance : Orange, coppery.

Smell : Expressive on a dominant of exotic fruits (banana) with a touch of black fruits.

Taste : Beautiful freshness with red fruits coming first, the mid palate is voluptuous and the finish structured by the contribution of red wine tannins. The whole is long and persistent.

Since 2018, we have had a new plot of 0.1862 hectare located in the place called “les Vignes Goisses” on the VERZY terroir classified Grand Cru.

The vines were planted with Pinot Noir in 1989. This place benefits from a very good exposure, which gives the grapes a beautiful balance (fruit, sugar, acidity) almost every year.

This particular vintage is made exclusively with grapes from this plot.

We speak of a plot cuvée in Pinot Noir and also of a Blanc de Noirs cuvée.

No herbicides are used on the plot.
