Ratafia La bouteille
Ratafia, a rather typical elixir in our region and unfortunately not very well known elsewhere …
An alcohol content of 18% vol, it should be tasted very fresh with apetizers or dig a little hole in a melon piece and pour it with ratatia.
Blending
This is an aperitif produced from our grape juice and also from Fine de Champagne, then matured in vats.
Tasting notes
Appearance : Amber, golden colour.
Smell : Round fruits, black fruits aromas.
Bouche : Soft and full, candied fruit, compote notes, also honey and hazelnuts notes on the finish.
