An alcohol content of 18% vol, it should be tasted very fresh with apetizers or dig a little hole in a melon piece and pour it with ratatia.

Blending

This is an aperitif produced from our grape juice and also from Fine de Champagne, then matured in vats.

Tasting notes

Appearance : Amber, golden colour.

Smell : Round fruits, black fruits aromas.

Bouche : Soft and full, candied fruit, compote notes, also honey and hazelnuts notes on the finish.

Bottled in a glass carafe with a glass stopper.

This cuvée can only be ordered in a box with 2 tasting glasses.

You can serve it with duck foie gras or scallops. it will also pair with a dark chocolate fondant which will bring a twinkle to the bitterness of the chocolate.

Ageing in vats 60%.

Ageing in oak barrels 40%.

Tasting notes

Appearance : Golden, copper.

Smell : Toasted, vanilla and black fruits aromas.

Taste : The palate is full-bodied and rich, with toasted and brioche notes and candied fruit.
